What this skill does

Query and manage EVE Online characters via the ESI (EVE Swagger Interface) REST API. Performs OAuth2/PKCE browser login and stores plus auto-refreshes long-lived OAuth tokens locally in ~/.openclaw/eve-tokens.json. Read-only by default and can reach any ESI endpoint, including non-character public data; state-changing writes (mail, fittings, market orders, planetary interaction) happen only when explicitly invoked with --allow-write. How to install the eve-esi skill

2. Unzip into ~/.openclaw/skills/eve-esi/ (create the directory if it does not exist).
3. Restart OpenClaw Easy (or the OpenClaw CLI gateway) so the new skill is discovered.
